STANDARD TERMS AND POLICIES

1. Terms: Refundable deposit, balance upon delivery / installation. Prior to issuance of any refund, we will attempt repair or exchange of instrument for an equivalent unit if necessary.
2. Installation available in many cases for a nominal fee.
3. Unless noted otherwise, sixty day warranties are included at no additional charge.
4. Estimated deliveries are usually within 30 days after receipt of deposit.
5. All units are certified and calibrated for peak operation, either at our facility or the manufacturer's.
6. Unlike general instrument "brokerage" or "e-commerce" companies, instruments are inventories; we offer installation, provide service, and warranty all refurbished units sold. Most important, we only sell neurodiagnostic instrumentation.
7. Inventory is subject to change. Our schudules are updated weekly and available upon request.
8. Payment can be made by business, personal or bank checks.
