"Everything was so hectic with regards to the transition over to the replacement laptop system, the rescheduling of a number of my patients and the overall process in general.  Nevertheless, without your help and your technical guy, Mitch's assistance, this whole ordeal would have been more of a nightmare.  In summary, much of the anticipated pain from an unexpected EMG machine malfunction in my office was significantly eased and/or  diminished by your great service and assistance!
